Over his 25 years at LRI, Steve built and led the firm’s Research Services Team—a global network of scientist-practitioners focused on leadership and organizational effectiveness. As Director Emeritus, he continues to serve select clients while advising the firm on research strategy and methodology. Leveraging his experience as an I/O Psychologist, Steve specializes in developing leaders and organizations through scientifically rigorous methods, including multi-rater feedback assessments and large-scale surveys, validated measures of credibility and impact, and tools to shape the culture of teams and organizations.
Steve excels at translating research results into clear, actionable insights that transform leaders and organizations. His work often involves executive coaching and advising board members and management teams on leadership, culture, and engagement.
Steve lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.
