Dennis is currently an Executive Coaching Program Fellow with Columbia University. A retired U.S. Naval Officer with over 20 years of operational leadership experience —including Command at Sea and leadership instruction at the U.S. Naval Academy—Dennis brings real-world insight to leadership challenges. He is a keynote speaker, best-selling author on transition and personal leadership, and a recognized expert in advancing Veteran leaders in the corporate, small business and entrepreneurial sectors. Dennis is also a small business and entrepreneurial investor and mentor.
