Lori Evans Ermi, PCC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP boasts over30 years of executive leadership, consulting, and corporate experience. A former high-potential leader at Procter & Gamble, Lori has a proven track record across industries in sales, marketing, HR, talent development, team effectiveness, change management, and understanding human behavior.

She has held senior leadership roles including VP and Chief Administrative Officer of a DC-based government contractor and Director of Talent Development at Fannie Mae, where she oversaw enterprise-wide talent and performance strategies, coaching programs, and executive development. Lori brings firsthand knowledge of leadership complexity and pressure, coaching with empathy, candor, and a deep commitment to personal and professional growth.

Known for her pragmatic, business-focused, and relationship-driven style, Lori uses neuroscience-backed approaches to stretch thinking, uncover blind spots, and increase self-awareness.

Lori holds a Professional Certified Coach designation from the ICF, having trained at Georgetown University. She earned her SPHR from Villanova and is a SHRM-SCP. A graduate of the University of Lynchburg. She is valued for her ability to quickly establish trust and deliver measurable leadership results. Lori serves on the board of Damascus Road Community Church and lives in Maryland with her daughter and dog, Oreo.
