Assessment
Our assessment phase typically includes a 360° Feedback Survey, confidential interviews with the participant’s direct reports, peers, supervisors, and key stakeholders, and when appropriate, psychometric testing to deepen insight.
Feedback Consultation
In the feedback consultation, the LRI coach helps identify key strengths, development areas, and career aspirations. Together, the coach and the executive create a targeted action plan with clear, measurable outcomes.
Follow Up
Throughout the coaching process, the executive receives extensive one-on-one support, guidance, and tools to build new skills, leverage strengths, and overcome counter-productive behaviors. LRI, the executive, and his/her superiors work together to achieve identified goals.
